Client Agreement

Updated July 2026

This Client Agreement ("Agreement") governs the nursing services you receive through NurseMe. By accepting this Agreement, you consent to receive services from NurseMe in accordance with this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and applicable law.

1. Purpose

NurseMe connects clients with qualified licensed nurses to provide the services offered through the platform.

This Agreement describes the care relationship between you and NurseMe, your responsibilities as a client, and the terms under which services are provided.

2. Services

NurseMe provides only the services published on the platform.

The services you receive depend on the booking you select and the clinical judgment of the assigned nurse.

NurseMe is responsible for the administration and clinical supervision of the services provided to you, as required by applicable law.

Assigned nurses remain responsible for exercising independent professional clinical judgment within their lawful scope of practice.

Services are provided only within the lawful scope of practice of the assigned nurse and may be declined, modified, or discontinued when necessary for legal, clinical, or safety reasons.

4. Scheduling and Care Delivery

Booking requests are subject to nurse availability.

NurseMe will make reasonable efforts to provide services as scheduled but does not guarantee availability until a booking is confirmed. Even after confirmation, services may be modified, delayed, reassigned, or discontinued when necessary for clinical, safety, staffing, or regulatory reasons.

When reasonably necessary, NurseMe may assign another qualified nurse to fulfill a confirmed booking.

Each confirmed booking, or group of bookings confirmed together, is a finite episode of services limited to the services, dates, and times shown in the booking. Unless NurseMe expressly agrees in writing to provide ongoing services, the episode ends automatically after the final scheduled service is completed. Additional services require a new confirmed booking.

If NurseMe determines that services cannot be provided safely or lawfully, NurseMe may cancel or discontinue services.

A booking cannot be rescheduled within 2 days of the booked date.

If an emergency affects your ability to attend, or your assigned nurse's ability to safely support, a scheduled booking, you may request an emergency reschedule, and we reserve the right to grant or deny the request. Denied requests remain subject to NurseMe's standard cancellation policy.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide complete and accurate information relevant to your care.
  • Notify NurseMe of material changes affecting your care or scheduled services.
  • Provide a reasonably safe environment for services.
  • Treat NurseMe personnel respectfully.

  • Call 911, not NurseMe, during a medical emergency.

6. Charges and Payment

The charges for each booking are presented before checkout.

By confirming a booking, you agree to pay the amount shown at checkout.

Payment is collected before services begin.

NurseMe currently provides private-pay services only. NurseMe does not bill health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or other third-party payers for services provided.

Clients may independently seek reimbursement from an insurance provider or other payer if permitted by their plan. NurseMe does not guarantee reimbursement and is not responsible for submitting claims or obtaining payment from third-party payers.
